I sent a form over for Megan to fill out after my inspection at around 1130am. She assured me she'd get to it "in a few minutes". After 90 minutes I called back to ensure she received my email. She reassured me she'd get it back to me within the hour. I never received it.

So many people tell me to use other mechanics that they use, however, those mechanics make me buy the products needed or necessary to fix the problems and they don’t answer the phone calls I make to them. O’Hara has always been available and made appointments for me sometimes immediately when a mechanic was available. They told me approximately how long it would take to get the parts needed and how much it would cost me initially. Been a customer since 2020 and never had any issues and/or concerns until my last visit for my oil change. I was told that I needed work done on my front differential. This exact work was previously done less than 8,000 miles ago. Strange that it was necessary to have to redo it again. In addition I was told that the transmission coolant lines were leaking. Service was excellent. I was greeted by a very friendly person at the desk. My car was finished at the desired time. I was given two reminder notices that I would not forget overall this was a very pleasant experience.
Staff was professional, friendly, accommodating, and courteous. The wait time was minimal, and dog friendly.
I was Told my tires all had dry rot & wouldn’t pass inspection. My jeep is a 2020 with less than 12k miles on it. Took it elsewhere & received my inspection sticker no problem Oharas will not get my business again.

I have nothing but the highest regard for the Service Team. My Gladiator had numerous warning lights come on at once and they had me drop off the vehicle as soon as they had an open slot from completed jobs. They provided constant updates and completed the repairs ahead of schedule. The Service staff was kind, professional, and in constant communication.

They set up the lease through Ally Bank. Now that the lease is up I’ve decided to purchase it at the agreed buyout price in the contract. When I contacted Ally they told me that they are not licensed to sell vehicles in Massachusetts and that I’d have to purchase it through the dealer. Terrible dealership. Disrespectful General Manager. Berrated over the phone over a buisness transaction. I strongly discourage anyone going there. I was warned afterwards by the locals to not of gone there.
If I could give Ohara Motors negative stars I would. I’ve bought several new cars and this was the absolute worst experience (and as you’ll read I didn’t even get the car!). As a nurse in the community and a Cape Cod native, I always try to shop local and support Cape businesses. This was my first time at O'Hara. We drove over 100 miles to check out a specific Jeep Wrangler 4xe. We were very impressed with the vehicle and proceeded with the purchase. This was my first time at O’Hara. Purchased a pre owned RAM at a great price and was given a great value for my trade-in. It was a quick, smooth process from start to finish. Scheduled an appointment online, was confirmed by "Lee" for an oil change and tire rotation. Dropped by truck off and filled out the envelope with a request for a conventional oil and tire rotation and to pick up around 1PM. Never received a call that it was ready. We had an appointment Dec. 1st gir a 4 wheel alignment due to 25k miles without one. Lee took the JL from Laura and did a walk-around with her and pointed out a couple of dings we didn't see...Lee got the Jeep in and Laura was told the 4 wheel was not needed at this time. Paul the sales manager was so wonderful to deal with he made things very smooth and affordable, Steve the salesman was also a very friendly guy with no pressure, I worked with them over the course of a few days and when everything was agreed upon the paperwork and delivery went smooth. I have to say that I am surprised to see some reviews that aren't very flattering. This was by far my best car buying experience. I bought a new Grand Cherokee and traded my 5 year old Grand Cherokee with 75000 miles on it. Not only was there price better than the 2 other dealers I shopped but the trade value they gave me was $800 more than one and $1200 more than the other dealer. Truck totalled when 70/mph winds dropped a tree in front of me on the highway. Needed transportation so I bought a Jeep Patriot. So far I have invested half again the cost of the vehicle in repairs. You be the judge.
It was all about the trade-in, the dealership can't sell them so they wholesale them, this is an issue because at best you are looking at 50 to 60% of its retail value. Please verify for yourself to see if they keep few if any trades, most are sent immediately to auctions, where other dealers are looking to purchase below value and resell. You are much better off at a dealership that keeps its trade-in s and resells the vehicles themselves. My Jeep Wrangler had two recalls by Jeep. So I went to O'Hara Motors were my Car was purchased and was meet by Joe Antosca-Service Advisor.
He informed me since my letter was not an "Official Jeep" letter that it was of little value and had no meaning. Careful when dealing with this run down Jeep dealership Just looking at the building, I should have thought twice about dealing with them. The issue apparently lies with the part time owner, a Mr. O'Hara. I say part time, because he never is there when trying to talk to him.

I will continue to do my Jeep/Dodge business with O'Hara. Buying a vehicle from them is always simple and fast, with none of the headaches you expect when buying a vehicle.
Paul at O'hara Dodge was not very truthful when dealing with my wife. After purchasing our vehicle I went back to go over the numbers and he said he only finalized the deal with my wife and didn't come up with the amounts. I later told my wife this and she said he was the only person she had dealt with.
